Smashing Commerce — sound not good

Bought this mosquito repellant from smashing commerce for 480 rs the product sound not good in want to return and get my money back. Picture shown and the product delivered is totally different it's look very cheap and not working also and i can't see any return policy and there is one number of ankita her number is not working. I received this product today 20 august 2018...
