Smashing Commerce — ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, pest repellent

Its been more than 25 days am emailing them to make a return pickup but with different mail names they are sending the same content of mail. The product appeared on instagram ad is different from the product i received but they are not accepting the fact. 'rs.480 is not a matter you can spend' is the spectacular sentence used by them. Kindly asking again to make a return pickup and return my money. Thankyou.

I have received a product 'Pest repellent' from 'Smashing Commerce' through facebook advertisement. Product is fake and useless makes lost of noise.
They charged me 480 Rs. product is worthless, very cheap quality, no use.
No response on call support.

Please don't buy this product.
They have cheated me.
