Smashing Commerce — ultrasonic pest repellent device

I found device on damage condition when i have open the package but there have no option to device replacement. Please provide the action against my complaint.
And damage pic not send due to not attached in this file.
At least some tracking or customer feedback will be taking after any product delivered.

I got damaged product. In the website you are showing different image of the product and when the product is delivered to me is totally a different product.. I want refund. I will not recommend this to anyone. This is totally a cheating.
