Smile Child Care Trust Ngo — ngo does not provide receipt for donation, fraud ngo

These people are a group of people who are running many frauds and scams in the name of poor patients. if you say no, you get a call, if you donate then you get calls from the others also. There is no stopping these people. You block one number you get a call from another number. I'm already in speaking to the local police to file a complaint against these people. I personally received calls from 7 different numbers and all of them have the same script. I will be travelling to delhi next month to find more details. These people have tie-ups with small nursing homes and they are simply enjoying having a life on the cost of our emotions and helpful nature. The contact numbers don't work and very vague explanations on how they got our numbers. Please beware of these people...

I have donated to many NGOs but none of them speak so rudely. "You have been donating to other ngos also, why don't donate to us." the messages they send are also very bad. You block one number they call you from another number. And then you start getting calls from other ngos also. same statements. Someone should be taking legal action against these people. Where are they getting our numbers from??

Yes, i too received a call from these people. Must say that they are very pushy and rude if you say no. the kind of phrases they use will make you so angry. they straight away involve your family members and start asking personal questions. How are they to ask such questions?? if they had to be in front of me, i would have given them the answer to their comments. There are frauds and you should not fall for there stupid and emotional dialogues. I'm already in talks with a friend who knows people locally in Delhi. They have also decided to take legal action against these people. I would request others to also come forward and share the numbers so that these frauds can be brought to Justice.

Report these frauds to the police or cyber cell. These people dont have any shame when they speak. You block one number they will call you from other numbers and speak so rudely. You tell them you can't they will simply say that you have donated to other ngos why can't you donate to us also... who are they to instruct me to donate?? Seems like they have tie-ups with small nursing homes and take up smalll cases and use emotional statements to raise lakhs and divide the earnings. I support many organizations no one is so pushy or rude. these people should be put behind bars for playing with the emotions of the public. It is because of these people, the ones in need are left without any help. I have started getting calls from other ngos and they have use the same language and tatics to raise money. these are a group same people running this scam. they even have the same websites on different domains to fool the public not to forget the different domains that they use to fool you into donating. will be sharing the call recordings of these people.

Thanks for the update guys, i got a call and decided to help these people. But there continuous follow-up and pushy attitude forced me to google them and i found these complaints against them. when i asked them about these complaints, they showed me there true colors. yes they are very pushy and ask personal questions rudely if you say no. Thank God i did not donate to these frauds, but seems like they have circulated my number to other ngos and they are calling me back to back. I'm sure that they are all connected and are working in a group sharing numbers. I have received calls from 6 different numbers till now. it is very annoying when they call. Need to take a strict action against them. these people are very thick skinned and can go to any extent to trouble you and force you into donating. Please beware of these scammers.

I too got a rude call from these scammers asking for money. Man do they have the guts to speak rot and force you to donate. Once you donate they dont share the receipts for the donations also. The numbers mentioned on the website are of no use and not answered. We are a group of 3 friends who are active in social support. All o[censored]s were contacted by smile child care trust and very pushy calls done by their volunteers. When asked on how they got our numbers, they simply say you have donated to other organizations donate to us also. These people usually join NGOs and work over there for sometime and leave stealing donor details from other NGOs and share the details to smile child care. Then the torture starts with the calls and messages from multiple numbers. Money donated here is not used to the ones in need. Strict action needs to be taken against such frauds

I can relate to all these comments as i have to been a victim of this scam. I donated money to these frauds 2 times over the past 9 months and have not got the receipt for any of my supports. When i told them that i will only donate after i get the receipt for my earlier supports, they become so rude saying that they will share the receipts but please help this child in urgent need otherwise she will not survive. This nursing home where these cases are taken from also is getting a commission from this NGO, i got this case verified physically thru a friend after speaking to the volinteer, the patient was fine and smiling playing games on the phone and as per the volunteer she was on a ventilator struggling for her life in the ICU of the hospital. How do these people sleep at night after cheating in the name of poor people???

Hey People, I have got new for everyone, these people are frauds and i have got to know who they work... They pick up poor people who need money for the treatment of their kids. These people then go ahead and give the amount to the nursing home as per the requirement in return to which the nursing home entertains calls for these ngos. the numbers are either stolen or purchased from people working in other ngos and then the game starts... you will receive calls from 3 or 4 ngos and they will torture you to get the money. The volunteers get a major amount of fund raised, only a little part of the amount raised goes towards the treatment. Rest is easy money for these heartless people. I have visited the so called rehab that they operate near sarita vihar. These people cannot be traced or tracked as most of these people are working from home so that they cannot be held accountable. The numbers that they call from are also changed very frequently so that no links can be established and they are free. Guys be very careful of these B***ards... They should not be let alone. They should be punished and their people behind this scam have to be made public.

Thanks All for your experience. I have been getting calls and today a Professional Whatsapp number . My number is in their directory ..Straight away ..I dont understand a reason why not missions hospitals get support for these case? ( I am not sure how many cases are genuine ) . I dont want to donate to them for being a scammers.

I have received multiple calls, and still continue to receive. I have donated to most of them though somewhere I feel this seem to be fraud, however if this turns out to be true, this will help the poor family.
However off late, the call frequency have increased almost every alternate day and the part which creates doubts in the minds is they talk with the same tone, same dialogs and are definitely pushy. All these guys come in the 11th hour saying the child is really serious and needs money. I have questioned them back why do always come in the last min and ask for money. I have also cross verified by calling the hospital, to my surprise the treating doctor picked up the phone whose name was mentioned in the case sheet. No where I have seen the doctors number is directly listed on site and he picks up the call when called the hospital.

Thank you for all the message above this actually tell that some on is misusing public money in a wrong way and some hospitals and doctors are also involved in these cheap tactics. I request the authorities to take stern action on these guys .

Today i asked smile child care trust representative to respond here on this website before they ask me to pay, but they have no answer. Just saying that they will give me receipt and wanted me to pay 1 rupee first to try. They have not guts to come on this website and respond. Thanks everyone for your feedback.
