Bulb got complaint within 3months of purchase and when I contacted their customer care they asked for some proofs and after that they promised a replacement but now about 4-5 months over no replacement no reply

Sent camera for replacement 2 weeks ago and till date they say not received. It was picked by their courier partner only. And they have no control over their partner. It is disappointing n pathetic service. Now I don't have security as camera not yet replaced
