Smsincome.in — After taking registration fee of Rs 2525/- my ID has been blocked

I have joined SMSincome.in site and paid activation fee of Rs2525/-, and after earnings Rs 3200/- I demand for redemtion of my earnings, then they put one condition that i have to join at least 3 user in my down line and then few days they blocked my id, I tried to contact in no. which they have given i.e +91 [protected] but nor they respond nither they contact me for the status.
