It's been happening to me for more than a month. Orders that are being send from Ahmadabad, Kanera are either wrong or half. I have complaint several times but who cares? Their executives are not even bothered to reply properly. They don't even read emails, they write just one line that product will reach you on time, whatever maybe the complaint is. Previously orders used to get dispatched from Tauru where there were rare evidance of missing items and used to come with proper invoice, but now order's are coming from Kanera and without invoice, so that there's no proof left. I have tried rigorously to connect with them and told them those who are packing are stealing the expensive items. Because expensive products are only missing. This is the 4th time and Smytten is not even bothered. This time have received used and old products, they are even leaking. They have not taken any action. They dont have reverse pickup policy. The don't send replacement, nothing. Its not even allowed to order the same item after wrong item is send. Once the customer places order they are trapped. They only provide ₹20- ₹30 refund. I ordered a natures co fullers earth face mask of weight 50 gms, but they have send me another used old coffee mask with leakage from some other brand of weight only 20gms. This is so frustrating and done intentionally. Hope after this action would be taken, i would leave that fake Smytten permanently. The order id is 10622951
