I purchased a UV sanitization box from https://www.ultraswachh.com/ on 22/06/2020. I got a damaged product. I contacted the company on +[protected] and talk to Mr. Abhishek Gupta about the product condition and also shared the product photos and video with him. He promised to get the product replaced. Its almost 5 months now but company has not replaced the product. Everytime I called them they make excuse of COVID lock down, illness of family member of company employee etc. I am calling them almost every week to get an update. They keep giving some other contact numbers to talk about replacement. Now they have stopped picking my calls. I am looking for a refund of my money as the company is not any action for replacement of product.
