I purchased a bottle of perfume on 21.7.19 paying rs.4013 via debit card. They even provided me fed ex shipping number. It's been 10 days and they haven't shipped the product. Fed ex site also confirms that the product hasn't been provided to the courier services. The company isn't taking the call and it is also not replying to the e mails sent by me. I have been asking them to provide me a date when it will be shipped or refund the money but there is no response from them.
