They have been giving irrelevant reasons, and provoke me so that they can raise issue about my behavior and avoid refunds. Please arrange a call as well.

I am a seller on snapdeal. It is a marketplace that runs after you initially to open an account, but terms and condition are really biased as they can take decision on the basis of their judgement which is beneficial for them only. Being a seller, we have to dispatch within a limited period, your hard earned money goes in vain, once it is delayed or you ask for claim on returns. Back end team and account manager provided are liars and do not provide any relevant reason of their decisions. We become foolish in the end of the day, do not become a fool by opening an account here. I shall not leave a single stone un-turned, to get my money not paid. On the basis of image used twice by mistake for two identical product they have put penalty of rs 20, 000/- and not paying pending amount. Kindly raise voice in unity for all.
