Snapstore — Not received my order neither showing any detail in my order after checkout.

So yesterday I book a snapbook of worth rupees 149+gst+delivery charges.
After payment through Gpay checkout page shows payment unsuccessfull but they debited rs 235.
Now there is no product detail on MY ORDERS AND NEITHER they refund my money back
