Snehaanjali Electronics — I'm complaining about cheating, Fraud, & unfair trade practice

I have purchases an Voltas AC from the SnehaAnjali Electronics (Mira Road -E) branch. At the time of purchase, I wasn't told about ac duck, wrap materials would be charged extra. After booking the AC, within an hour I got a call from a person saying he is from SnehaAnjali AC department & a representative will visit my place for measurements. And when the person visited me he told me everything about the installation charges & many other charges which I was not informed about. And when I started having a doubt & asked him if he is from the Voltas company, to which he replied they are authorised service partner for Voltas. After that I checked out the official Voltas website & also, contacted them on their customer care number. After having a discussion with them, they told me that standard installation charges for good purchased offline is 599+18%gst but the SnehaAnjali guy charged me 1200/- Rs. for installation charges & other equipments were charged differently. After the information I visited the showroom, but the manager Irfan, said that they were the authorised service partner personnel & everything made me believe their lies. At the end after installation & everything was over I paid the installation guy the extra amout of 1950/- rs. and he didn't provided me with any recipet for the same & nor with any kind of product demo. And when I talked to Irfan SnehaAnjali Manager, he said that it is not needed, we will take care of everything & all. I am feeling so cheated with guys like these, they literally cheated me for almost 40, 000/- rs.
