Myself and my wife went to watch CONNECT Movie in Thiruthuraipoondi SNS THEATRE to 11:00am show(25/12/2022).We travelled 20kms from muthupettai in rain.We reached on time.Still they said to wait till more audiance to arrive.After 1 hour, no audiance came other than us.So they said we can't play the movie for just 2 audiance as it will cost lose to our EB Charges.We said we'll pay extra charges for EB too.They scolded us with bad words and asked us as we've drunk.After a long argument they told that we can't contact the management, we should talk only to the workers for any complaint.This disappointed us much.
