I tried paying bigbasket for 1810 on 9th july, 2:56 pm. The transaction failed the first time and then was successful when i tried a second time. I have not received any cashback for the failed transaction till date i. E. 25th july. The customer service for sodexo is terrible and is at same level that you would get at a government office or maybe even worse because at least the government officers don't pretend to be working in a major mnc. They have not replied to my emails. Also when i called their customer care number on 14th or 15th july, the executive could not give me any resolution and just asked me to wait few more days. Also their customer care number usually does not work and the ivr says there is a "system problem".
My sodexo service request is #sr[protected] which was opened on 13th july and still hasn't been resolved as of 25th july.
This entire incident has made me realise what a fraud company sodexo is. They lure the customers with tax savings and also charge high fees on the merchants which force the merchants to the charge 3-10% extra from the sodexo customers. But if there are any problems then they are least bothered about resolving it.
Since i am now considering my 1810 rupees lost i don't think i actually saved much tax and also wasted a lot of invaluable time and effort. I have also shared my experience with my office teammates and have sent an email at the organisation level since sodexo is optionally provided at an organisation level in my company.
