Dear team,
With respect to subjected complaint for the amount of 2000 rs which was deducted from my account and not received in merchant account on 12. 07.2023
Since then, myself continuously follow up with our team via customer care number .
As confirmed by Sodexo Customer care representative on 22 july thT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY SODEXO BACK AND YOU WILL GET CREDIT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BY 2-3 DAYS.
THEN again I enquired on 25 july as it was not happen . again your representative told that it will happen on Monday ( I.e today) but no credit yet.
Then just now I called to customer care and now reply that is surprise that the amount not reversed.
Now tell me. Which one is right among all your representative to which I had spoken .
