Sofi — My new SoFI experience has been horrible

I received my first auto direct deposit on Thursday and Saturday made an attempt to enter some direct deposits.

I made two mistakes - I set my DirectTV auto payment for $600 to be sent out today, and I put in a second wrong Rocket payment for $600 for next month.

I'm unable to edit or delete the 2 wrong payments because your mobile app doesn't give me that option. I've uninstalled and installed the app multiple times over the weekend and it still doesn't give me the option to delete or edit the autopayments.

I called Saturday, and again Sunday and just hung up with your customer service for a 3rd time. Saturday and Sunday told me they'd put in a ticket to cancel those two transactions, as I can't afford a $600 mistake to be sent out today to DirecTV.

I've just been told (on the 3rd call) that there is no backdoor way your tech guys can go in and cancel my erroneous transactions - even though it's apparently a backend issue that's causing this problem w/my mobile app. I have a Mac and Apple apps won't allow me to do my banking on my laptop, so mobile is my only option.

I work for a fintech company and simply can't believe how terrible this whole experience has been. Below, I've taken screen shots so you can see what I'm talking about.

I want my pending $600 transaction to DirecTV to be cancelled asap, and then I want to transfer my money out and cancel my SoFi account. I can not go through this again.

And, fyi, your on hold music does absolutely nothing to calm anyone put on hold. It is simply terrible.
