I took admission in Softkey education and infotech on 13/12/2014.
They told that they will arrange admission in graduation from Sunrise University, Rajasthan. They never provided me with my enrollment no or Roll no and keep on delaying for several months, later they said the University is not valid hence my admission cannot be completed and was not providing admission in any other university. I was in contact with them and they kept delaying the matter for more than a year. I asked them to return my fees if they are not able to provide admission. They said they will cancel the admission but will not return the fees I paid to them. Moreover after i registered a complaint online the head of branch called me and asked to say sorry on the complaint and was very rude. I have been following up with them since years but no outcome. I did sent them couple of emails but they never replied.
