I had ordered a mobile cover for my iPhone 11 from softycover.in it came as an promotion ad in Instagram. I had ordered the product on March 6 and I had received an confirmation email from [protected]@gmail.com.
I have asked for update multiple times but I have received no reply.
When I check their website it’s not available now and in the email there is a view your order option but when I click on that nothing happens.
