On 31st of December I got a call to work from home for a data entry in Solitaire technology company situated in Gujarat.
I found it fake as in one go they didn't asked about the experience and just were going on their process, I gave it a try and within a few minutes they made a digital agreement and mailed me, when I asked about their company they were not able to tell me and just told it's a data entry related to some bank information, I asked them I'll first ask someone then I'll let you know, but the girl on phone says that sorry we can't wait as the slot after two days is not vacant, so without taking a chance I just blocked them.
It was the same work like filling 1400 forms in 10 days, and if can't able to pay then have pay 7500, and so on.
Also today morning I got an email from an advocate who says u hav to pay the penalty amount otherwise u'll get a legal notice to your house.
So I need an advice what should I do in this problem, as I saw this scam is rising alot and to give the company a proper treatment we should deal with them as they are scamming us, which is a cybercrime.
So kindly consider and give your advice on this, so that I get overcome with this scam and many other people get to know about this scam.
