Dear Sir/Madam,
I took a connection of tikona Internet connection in the year of 2012, May. My account no is - [protected].
Every alternate day my Internet was drooped for this reason I buy a MTS dongle. Every time I show then the pig position. Even the distance of their tower in very long I request them that please put a tower in my location but they did not done it. I lost more that 50-60% of my given fees.
Now I request them that please put a tower & restart my connection again but they told me that put a tower impossible & Now Mr. Pankaj told me that some one make a legal action against me. I have all evidence against tikona of their ping position as a screen shots & the mail I send to then. Payment is not a big issue but I am against this bad service. My last email to them is "So give service take payment."

I attached a ping loss & every alternate day I got this. This is a sample. We are a service provider company without Internet we are blind.
