Somany Ceramics — Flooring with somany ties

Sir, My builder for my flat at Chennai has purchased the somany vitrified double coated (ultra charge)and laid down. Here the builder has given 2 to 3 mm gap between. the tile to tile and has been filled with white cement. The look of the floor square checks. after enquiry the builder says that for somany vitrified tiles the gap of 2 to 3 mm is mandatory as per M/s somany ceramics ltd instructions. It is requested that is it 2 to 3 mm gap is justified for your vitrified tiles, or paper gap is recommended ?
