i want to say that i had purchased tiles vetrified tiles from... sant tiles... ludhiana last month[protected] .they send me the same at my place sunam distt. sangrur.whene i complainted about the quality they refuse to check the material at my place.they said me that i should check all the tiles by opening the boxes before buying because there may be some defected tiles in the boxes by default (from the factory end).they refuse me to give company custumer care contact by stating that they do not have the contact details.my contact no.[protected]---vivek singla.attending person at sant tiles was jatin kumar.
Also tell me that are company sends low quality or factory seconds /surplus in fresh material.
