1st there was a crack in seat that was replaced after 3days. Whole work has to be stopped because of that. Then the replacement seat has almost no water seal level. ### is never clean. Though this high end seat we have purchased as they say this keeps best cleaning. Surveyed who comes is very rude and unprofessional. I know his phone no as well as his name. Highly disappointed with the callus attitude.

The tap water mixture of my bathroom has broke last week. But it has not been repaired yet. We bought it just 1.5 years ago. We are facing too much problem as our washroom tap is not working beacuse of that.
