Sir,
On 02/05/2017, I have paid Rs 500 to Conductor Of Bus, as ticket amount was Rs 164, so he was supposed to return Rs 336 but he have not refunded it till now, despite of every attempt made by me to get money back.
On enquiry with depo i found that conductor on that day was Bhual Gupta on AC bus number - UP53DT4831.
On 3rd day, in Shaktinagar Depo, i met Vishwas (conductor on same bus), who gave his mobile no. (which is [protected]) and said that i will meet Bhual Gupta and take your money, so that i can return it to you. But i have made many calls to Vishwas who always gives assurance and till now have not returned my money.
Due to which i got upset and i have to come to forum for getting Justice.
