INSTEED OF PYING 29, 000 TO REPAIRE I BROUGHT A NEW LAPTOP SVE141R11W IN PRICE OF 32, 000 MY LAPTOP DISPLAY SCREEN LINING N I HAVE WARRENTY PERIOD BUT THEY R TELLING ME TO KEEP THE LAPTOP WITH THEM . THEY DONT HAVE PARTS OR LCD SCREEN . I WENT THER 3-4 TIME THEY R TELLING SAME THING . THEY HAVE THE SCREEN PART BUT DUE TO SOME PROFITE BY DOING EXCHANGE OF PART THEY R TELLING LIKE THET. I GOT PROOF FROM ANATHER CUSTEMER THAT THEY HAVE THE SCREEN N THEY DENAY TO GIV EME FOR THEIR PERSONAL PROFIT. THEY R FREE TIME N PARTS ALSO BUT THEY ARE LIKE THIEF IN MY VIEV .

    i brought brand new sony xperia z ultra from flipkart.com on 26/12/2014. In starting 1 month the phone was working good after that the phone start heating up and hanging too much, and after 4 months to purchase of phone, now the phone has become dead one day without any reason i was really nsane at the time. Make online complain to the sony they told me to see near by service center so i did and the sony authorised person denied from service and replacinng the set giving me unreal reasons that you made the phone dead and abused me though i simply requested him to repair or else replace the handset with the new one . For repair he denied and for replacement with new handset he asked me for RS 12, 000 / . I asked him to do it in warranty he denied for the same i am very much affected with the matter of concern though affecting financially, mentally and physical work is also tempering . Please help me out

      Dear Sir, I had Bought Sony Barvia 40 inch LED two years back.There was some problem so I called customer care. They told me that that there is a problem with panel. The estimated cost they told me was around 22000. I had bought this model of Rs 68000.Now again I have to pay 22000.This is ridiculous.I trusted sony products for its quality and performance.but ..         I have brought Sony Xperia Z2 Mobile Phone. Somehow after sometime my USB Cap has been broken. I approached to authorized service center in Navsari, Gujarat i.e. D.C. Service. They have logged a ticket with ticket id: [protected] dated 11-Apr-2015. Job No is W[protected]. They said it should be on chargeable basis, so I also gave 500 Rs. in advance. Within two months, they have never notified me or approached me single time. I called back three times and went to service center after confirmation that part is arrived. But after reaching to service center, every time after searching parts in center, they denied that still part is not arrived. Still I have not received the part after two months.

          LED TV model P41B remote not working i.e. the ON is not happening within a distance of a feet and sometimes other keys are also not functioning properly within a 2meter distance. To switch on everytime needs to take the remote to just close to the sensor light then only it is getting ON. It's very irritating and sometimes thinking of that made a bad decision that purchased LED of Sony. Here in Angul, Odisha there's no service center at all and the said dealer is telling that, can't do anything.

            i bought a sony xperia zr phone from flipkart last year..! according to sony phone is water proof...according to sony u can put this phone in fresh water at a stretch 30 min upto 1.5 min..but all caps shud be closed..as per the sony guidelines i use for in water and take somo photograph while taking all the care told by sony...though my phn got dead..not working now and water has entered in phn.! now service center are not taking responsibilities..nor sony.! they are telling that water is entered in phn so nothing can be done.! what my point is company is saying under some condition phn is waterproof though following company's condition water damaged has done to phn and they are repairing my phn nor they are replacing my in such situation how i can claim my phn.. service center is in baroda.

              I have purchased 48 inch Sony LED on 9th Nov 2014 and Some Yellow colour strip is started to come continuously from 6th June (after 7 month). I have launched service request same day with ID 25830052. After that I have called number of times at cutmore care but always getting same responce "Engineer will visit your home address" I have send mail also for the same issue but also not getting any responce on mail also.

                i have speakers problems in my laptop, many time i had visited there but they just adjust the settings & return it back to me after saying that they just changed the speaker but they didn't . last time i visited again & shouted on them then they really changed the speakers after keeping my laptop for 15 days but the sound quality of this new speakers is worst than the previous one also the volume increase/decrease function is not working . now i don't know what to do .

                  I think my mobile had a very major problem. Its speakers and headset is not working .Im going to the centre regularly but they didn't satisfy me .my mobile is regularly going to sony care centre with suffering with same problem, 1st time they were said to me that your mobile part ordered it take some time after that we will give you back your mobile but after 4 or 5 days they gave me mobile and within 2 days that same problem was introduced. then i go back to care centre. then they were said that last time we did only cleaning procedure then it work properly but now we check carefully. after 1 hour by the same procedure they gave me back my mobile and said now it will work properly. then within 1 or 2 hour the same problem again i face . Now my mobile is at care centre but i don't believe them that they do right things . please do something i don't want to do all these things .please

                    Hello actually I have submitted my phone for Ringer volume Low and speaker volume low problem on 27th April 2015 at Sony center Janakpuri and my handset Sony experia Z3 is under Warranty as Purchase date is 18th October 2014. After one month of service 26th may 2015 when I collected my phone ( Jobsheet no. [protected]) the complaint of Ringer volume low is still not resolved and nobody wants to hear my problem even Area service incharge ( A.S.I) Mr Nitish Bhardwaj is not helping and he even doesn't want to hear the problem. I have mailed my issue to the service head mail id provided by Customer care but nobody spoke to me regarding my complaint and just given a negative reply that your phone is ok and nothing can be done on this. Kindly help me out as it is a Premium handset and costed me INR 46000. Thanks Sunil Chanana

                      Sony Camera HXR -NX1 purchased from the Dealer, This Camera was purchased by me on 16th March 2015 and has a warranty of 1 Year. In the middle of one of my shoots I got an error of C-32 on my camera and it stopped functioning and I had to stall my shooting midway, as I could not record further on the camera. I than contacted the dealer and was asked to contact the Sony service Center with my bill and warranty card. The service centre informed me that the camera has stopped functioning due to water seeping into the unit. At which I have informed them and also showed them part of the shoot to convince them that there was no water around when I was shooting and hence the chance of water seeping inside the camera is practically impossible. The service center has in spite of which refused to repair my camera which was under the warranty period. Frankly I find this highly despicable that a reputed company like Sony has to resort to such low tactics to avoid repairing my camera and come with very lame and feeble excuses. I also fail to understand without any rainy season and shooting in heat under dry circumstances how water can seep into the camera. As far as I am aware my instrument is under warranty and it falls under the regulations that you repair it on an immediate basis. Hence I am requesting you to look into it on priority basis and have the necessary action taken to have this matter sorted out at the earliest. I look forward for a favourable response from your end at the earliest as I am incurring loss on a daily basis in my shooting assignments due to lack of this camera.

                      This is in reference to the above mentioned Sony Camera HXR -NX1 purchased from the Dealer Angel Foto, Address :
                      11 Gola Lane, Sonawala Bldg, Near Central Camera, Fort, Mumbai by me for my professional commitments.
                      This Camera was purchased by me on 16th March 2015 and has a warranty of 1 Year that is till : 30th May 2015.

                        I had bought Sony Vaio Laptop Model No. : SVF14216SNB on 30/07/2013. After 1 year of my purchase the hinges (through which the upper body is attached to the lower body) became tight. Ideally the hinges would become loose with time but it happened the other way. Both the hinges got tighter day by day and one fine day while I opened the laptop, the right hinge broke from the lower body and came out. Because of the tightness of the right hinge the left side of the upper body panel also broke. The right hinge is so tight that it cant be opened with a plier. The left hinge through which the upper panel is working is now working the same way. I made a complaint to Sony India in writing about the manufacturing defect of the hinges. Complaint Number:[protected]. After about two months of making numerous phones and emails to Sony India I got a call from them. I went to Sony India Delhi Office to get the Laptop repaired where I met Ms. Amrita Singh. Ms Amrita Singh completely denied the fact that the laptop has broken because of the manufacturing defect and refused to repair it without paying a cost of Rs. 12191/-. I have shown the Laptop to a number of service engineers outside Sony and they all have confirmed me that the Laptop has manufacturing defect. Please advice how should I proceed further.

I bought SONY XPERIA C3 Yesterday (08 June 2015) on poorvika store virugambakkam. today i am getting a white screen and the phone got hanged up and not yet starting up. i complaint to poorvika and met the sony service center in vadapalani. and i am very sorry to say this they are saying irresponsibly that "no problem update the software" Is this the reply you want from the brand sony. or just check the quality of franchisee before giving them a dealership or service centre.                             i have purchased sony M2 dual just 3.5 month back and today phone camera not working as showing camera not available and phone hanging issue am facing since after 20-25 days. from the purchase. 2nd i have submitted my phone at sony service center and they have given one week time to repair my phone without any standby phone . So now i have to wait for one week or i have to purchse a new phone for the time. So totally not satisfied with sony india product as well as service also very wrost condition. god help ...

                              I brought a Sony LED TV KLV-32R402A on 07.12.2013 from Lucknow which started creating problems after 9 months of its purchase. The complaint was registered with Sony India during 3rd week of October'2014 on toll fee No. [protected] but no services were provided after waiting for a long time.                                 I have purchased a XPERIA C-2305 mobile in last year march-2014. Since then I had ran 5 times till now. Do you really think your products are geniune? In this whole year almost everyday i went to issues like sudden switch off, hanging, battery issue, touch issue etc. Some day SONY company has its name and fame.That is why people trusts you. On day to day life you are now came to break that trust of customers.Today I again went to Gurgaon service centre([censored]ij Telecom). They charged Rs.2000 for a new battery.                                   Hello Sir, My name is Kashyap Anand & i m from Delhi. I have purchase this mobile last year September'14. My phone display not working due to drop in water. I have submit the phone to Rohini Customer Service Center Delhi. They have sent my phone for repairing after 4-5 days they have told me your Phone display not working so we have to replace it & you have to pay 14199.25 + Taxes = 15990/-. I was shocked & replied my phone is water resistant & it's under warranty. They have ans me your display is not under warranty. I was told that guy please return my mobile set. they have return me on 06th June. My 40000/- rs phone is useless due to your wrong specification, advertisement & Service. Please i have request you to solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise i will be submit the case against SONY in Customer Cell (I have no other option).                                     I purchased my phone on 1st May 2015 and within a week i discovered gaps near the metal frame. Thus i submitted my phone in the service center on 16th May 2015 as they refused to give me a replacement. I got it repaired on 25th May. Next day i tried using it in water within the specified limits and my phone was damaged because the water had entered my phone. On 28th May( JOB No. W[protected], IMEI No - [protected] ) again i submitted my phone in the service center as they refused to give me a replacement. They repaired my phone under warranty but still are refusing for a replacement. Repairing the phone due to water damage within warranty ultimately means that the phone had a problem and thus the only solution was to replace it. The reason given to mi was that the company has ceased the replacement policy. Service Center - S.G.                                       We bought our t.v on 12/7/2013. Aftr 1 and haly yrs itself...the tv started showing complaints...then it started to switch off automatically...we called the showroom and then they forwarded our call to the thiruvalla madonna service center, they took the tv and returned it back saying that there is no complaint but again we are facing the same prblm...such a irresponsible employees...we called again, they told that they will be coming to take a look but no signs of them till now...we still have the QRS extended warranty...if there is any kind of value given to the customers then who ever responsible or head of this should take sudden action about this problem...

                                        sir/madam, i am very disappointed to tell that i am being feeling cheated by "amazon.in" where as i bought a "Sony xperia sp(c5302)" from amazon.in, keep a trst on amazon.in i didn't see the hardware of the mobile phone, but after some i came to know that i was cheated y amazon.in, as they have send me a defective product, and also the "Sony service station has charged me during my warranty period" mentioning the clause of "warranty void" and didn't even repaired the phone and "also broke the back cover of the phone & told me it was broken earlier" and showed me that i was wrong from my side and i have to contact the seller by my side & also threatened me when asked to the service centre technical executives about the "breakage of the back cover" Kindly take proper action against the matter.
