Sony India — Delayed delivery

Dear sir, I have given my laptop 24 days back with job no. J52437308. and still it is not been repaired. We are not expecting this kind of service from your end. Most horrible thing is, on the website for repair status it is showing ready for collection since 20 days. I am wondering what kind of repairing they r doing. I insist you to take some legal action on the said sony repair center, bellary karnataka. Today again i enquired, they told to collect next week, what's wrong with them i couldn't understand .
