AT 13 March2019, My KDL-55W800D IN5 stopped working.We raise a complain, As per the conclusion panel was damage.
somehow, ON 25 April 2019 another panel was Replaced and delivered, job No J90699506, which cost me 36503 rs
Now again on 2nd April 2020, suddenly KDL-55W800D IN5 stopped working.I need to know what is permanent solution on this, because i am spending more than Lakhs on Sony product and it even can not work atleast 5 yrs or beyond.Earlier you people said its due to voltage fluctuation panel got damage, at the same day i ordered TV Stabilizer. Still after using stabiizer look like again there is panel issue
I am highly dissapointed, And why should i spend every year for panel.Again and again i am getting panel issues, whether i have received a defective piece?
From 25th april my tv was giving interminent issue for display and due to lockdown and covid situation i was unable to call customer care at my place. on 9th august i launched the complain again as tv display got blank totally. engineer visited at my home and told the issue of panel. I got a call from service centre and they told me that the manufacturing of the product has been stopped and there is no parts avaiable in reverse they gave me offer to purchase new tv the mode was x75h and they told me to pay 38000rs which is really the large amount and not excepted. I told them i will think to upgrade my tv for 65 inch for model x80h and they told me to pay 1.11 lack where i enquired at croma and other shops i am getting the tv for same price. I request you to please give me good offer for x80h model for either 55 or 65inch model as i already spended lot of money earlier.
