We bought a sony led (Klv-40r252g) in the month of feb 2020, on 17th august like normally we switched on out tv and found that internally there are some partially black image on the left side of led, without wasting any single minute i immediate contact customer care number as the product is just 6 months old and is under warranty and register my complaint[protected] team said ok sir we registered your complaint and react to it as soon as possible while on call he asked me several times is there any damage from outside of the screen... I said no.. It's only some internal panel damage.. He suggest me to registered the complaint via mail as well along with the led image.. When i switched on the led to click the picture i found that damage will increase up to next corner of the led... Its been a day but i didn't receive any response from sony team, then again on tuesday i called up and describe my issue again... After many request he gave the landline number of service center (Nri electronics). I called them immediately... Some lady called ritu pick up my phone and said sir we didn't receive any sort of complaint from sony team yet, then i explained her my issue and asked her to arrange engineer as soon as possible.. She said ok sir i will arrange.. It took her around 6 hours to arrange some engineer... Well after 6 hours a guy (Himanshu) arrived at our home to see the issue and after noticing it was internal issue he was diplomatically try to blame us that it was hit by something... I tell him 100 times that nothing is hit even not a single scratch is seen outside of the screen but instead of helping us he keep blaming us... He also gave me his owner number (Mr. Ashok tiwari) i talk to him, and ask to repair it but he was also not helpful and instead of repair the product he asked me to spend 11k for the damage - but i refuse to pay coz i was not responsible for the damage... Then i send message via messenger on sony official facebook page along with the damage picture... On same evening i received a call from ( mr. Shah rukh ansari ) he again ask me about the issue, after listening my issue he commit that he talk to the upper management and resolve my issue at the earliest. But again no one neither called me nor mail me about the progress of my issue... Then on wednesday i again called up customer care team... But they are behaving just like a robot keep on repeating the same lines that we didn't have any update please wait... Then i called up mr. Ansari, he said that sir wait for a few more hours, i am waiting for the management approvals... But at last he also refused to help us and repeated the same lines used by mr. Ashok tiwari... Now i would like to request sony team to look after my issue as we are not responsible for the damage but still your service centre wants us to pay 11000/-
