Dear sony team,
I want to return the home theatre system i purchased because of pathetic service. I have received the system on monday 15th august 2016 and not yet installed at my home just because o[censored]nprofessional service from your authorised sony centres (New friends electronics pune, phone no:[protected] and telecare adc pune phone no:[protected]. They dont know what to know for installation. Their allocated service (Telecate adc pune) guys seats at home and gives time to customer to reach at particular time. They lie saying they at customer place where in the background they are playing with there childerns. They switched off the phone just to avoid customer call.

Why they asked me to be at particular time when they are not interested. I changed my plan and came urgenlty from hometown for installation purpose and the guys allocated to my service request just played with my feelings my time, etc. Such a pathetic person how working for sony.
I am completely frustrated and want to return the system asap. I want my money back and want to close the loan.
Kindly arrange the same asap and keep your professional people with you.
