Description of the incident:
We have purchased sony smart tv (32 inches) in pai electronics on[protected], at kukatpally hyderabad - 500072. Seven days after installation, tv is not working and when we check with service center and pai electronics, they informed that there is a problem with tv mother board and replacement may be take place for another 10-15 days and they are not giving proper response. So i said as with in week we got this problem and requested for a replacement immediately as we have urgent usage where my children need to start on classes with the help of smart tv.
Hence i request you to please help in getting refund or replacement of new tv immediately as we need smart tv to attend online classes for my children in this lock down period
