I purchase sony aqva m4 last year.. But it has lots of problem with in 1 year 4 time i submit my mobile at service station.. But day 2 day a new problem arise.. I want to refund or else replace with new device.. I dont want this device.. I called to customer care lots of time may be totally 7 8 hr i talk with sony executive i mailed to sony also but still problem is not solve... At present my mobile is at service station and i got a call from service station but i dont want to go service station and take my mobile. Please support me
