Sony India — sony bravia tv installation/demo

I have purchased sony smart led klv32w622g from vijay sales, krishnanagar, ahmdedabad on[protected] and same is delivered on[protected]. Then after one man came to installtion and demo.
But he did not give proper demo and when we ask him some question regarding product he answered that he did not know. He not give any type of information even he has no manner how to talk with customers.
Kindly look in this matter.
