I lodged a complaint in ap networks on 15/6/20 for speakers which were not working vide complaint no.0072542, engineer visited and informed that both the speakers has to be replaced and asked for 50% of the spares part charges which i paid along with 240/- as visiting charges, even after 1 month nothing was done hence visited their office and met mr pradeep, he said they have only one speaker which he said will install within 2 days, it was installed and same asked for balcne amount against 2nd speaker which was also paid immdtly. During last week of july they caklled and informed that they dionot have the sapers with them, i sent a complaint in sony portal on 26/7/20 vide id number 60964213, after which mr amit gupta called and informed me that he will organise the speakers within 3 days which was not done, i called him on 3/8/20 to know about the speakers, he asked foranother 3 days and also told me that after fixing the 2nd speaker if i am not satified he will replace with new tv wherein i have to pay 30000 + more? What about the money approx 80000 which i paid for this tv, i sent one more complaint on 6/8/20 vide id no. 61129086., for which today morning mr amit gupta has sent a simple text message that they donot have the speakers. I faile to understand that even after 53 days of my 1st complaint why i am being penalized and what is fate of my high value tv, why sony is selling substandard equipments and also not providing spares for trhe same.
I demand my money to be refunded or replace with new tv
