Sir, why was my subscription renewed before its expiry? Actually it has to be done on 4th oct 2019 but today (3rd) itself you have taken the amount from my card.
This is very unfair. Your service is very bad and as such i wanted to cancel my subscription. Before that you have charged my account without my notice and also before the expiry date.
I want my refund back. Else this is going to be very serious issue.
I am attaching the messages you sent too.
Please check once.
