I subscribe one month of subscription through paytm. After one month i mail them to unsubscribe but after long waiting they replied they are unable to find my phone number. But i registered using my phone number and i can see the subscription details when i login through my phone number. Sonylive customer care is bogus and donot care to even reply back. Still they are unable to unsubscribe after sending 5 reminder mail they are unable to stop the subscription.
