I purchased an instant egift card worth rs 1000 from pantaloons on 26th of June 2019 and the e-gift card is still undelivered.It should have been delivered within a few minutes after making payment but no code has been received to my email address.I have sent multiple e-mails to them and there is not a single response.Now the money is stuck in nafa and even I tried to contact the sellers number but it says switched off.
I made the payment to PayPal and raised a complaint but it is not eligible for a chargeback claim since e-gift comes under intangible category.So they also can't help me out.
