Soundarya — Paid to wrong number

I have wrong paid to this number [protected] the amount of 3000. When I called to this number I was abused badly and refused to pay back my cash. This is really not fair sir. I would like Paytm to go through this matter. I have given a complaint and I still dint get any response.
This is the transaction id [protected]. These people should be punished badly or they will never learn to respect other and give us back the amount. I kindly request you to accept my complaint and take a serious action against this.
