[Resolved]  South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Amount debited but not added in recharge balance

Recharged my smart meter online with Rs1000/-, through bihar bijli smart meter app. Amount got debited from the account but not added in the recharge balance. The transaction was done at 9:38pm on 4th September 2021. Unable to contact any customer support
