south city motor driving school bangalore — Cheating for not providing driving licence documents

I have joined south city motor driving school for a four wheeler training and licence. They collected 3700 as training charges and additional 1000 for applying licence by booking online slot and also for smart card and medical check up. After completing the training, they (Sameer) ignored about the licence application, even after calling for the infinite times, they stopped responsing to me and refused to give back the money i have paid for applying license. He did the same for many other people who joined his driving school. Please take a strickt action against that fraud.
