South Haryana Roadways Coimbatore — Challan Validation Required

This is to bring to your kind notice and consideration that we hired a JCB ( 32ft half body ); vehicle No. HR38X4176; chassis No.MB1A3EHD6JPHB7969 for machinery transhipment from Tirupur, Tamil Nadu to Ludhiana, Punjab on 10th July 2021.

We contacted Rameswara Transport in coimbatore who has provided us the lorry from South Haryana Roadways, Coimbatore. During the transit, Mr. Suresh from South Haryana Roadways has provided us with 6 RTO challans for over height projection of the machinery. The following are the details of the challans presented :

1. CHECK REPORT - cum- RECEIPT : 0315440; Dated :15/07/2021 ; Attibele Checkpost, Karnataka; Penalty Amt : INR 10, 000/-

2.VCR Number : AP828/Jul2021/007628; Dated :16/07/2021;RTO Checkpost, Penukonda, Andhara Pradesh; Penalty Amt : INR 7000/-

3.MEMO RECEIPT :0043935; Dated : 18/07/2021; Khursapar Checkpost, Nagpur, Maharashtra ; Penalty Amt :INR 12, 200/-

4.MEMO RECEIPT :[protected]; DATED :19/07/2021; Shivpuri Checkpost, Madhya Pradesh; Penalty Amt : INR 7000/-

5. PARIVAHAN RECEIPT :0451742; DATED : 20/07/2021; DHOLPUR CHECKPOST; PENALTY AMT : INR 10, 000/-

6.UP ENFORCEMENT CHALLAN : UP[protected]; DATED : 20/07/2021, MATHURA CHECKPOST, AMOUNT :INR 10, 000/-

The reason of doubt / validation required for the above mentioned challans :
Mr. Suresh from South Haryana Roadways presented UP challan on 16:48 hrs Dt: 20.07.2021 whereas the challan had printed time of 22:15, Dt : 20/07/2021. How can anyone produce a challan 5 hrs before the challan time shown on challan with wrong vehicle number and chassis number details. He produced/presented a new challan when we objected on these pointers within an hour with correct details and amended time of 9:41am.
Secondly, Shivpuri Receipt Memo contains section headings same as Nagpur challan i.e.[protected]. These sections are viable under Maharashtra Traffic Laws but not in Madhya Pradesh. And there is no Sign and stamp on that MEMO.

We are attaching all the six challans along with UP challan which contains wrong details of vehicle as well as time for your review.

They even blackmailed to unload the machinery in Faridabad if we do not pay them the challans immediately. Since they were suspicious about us knowing the reality, they took all the amount in advance before delivering the same to our client in Ludhiana.

A kind request the please look into this matter and try to resolve for us, We have paid them INR 56, 200 for these challans presented to us. We request you to catch hold on this unauthorized racket, sieze their vehicles if required and make them compensate to all the victims who have been affected by them.
