Southsaree.com — wrong and damaged product delivered

I have ordered a saree # xy[protected] from southsaree.com in 900 by debit card payment. They have delivered a wrong, very cheap and damaged product (Saree), with a ton of holes and cuts. I wrote more than 30 emails to return the product. Initially, they demand for bank account details and i send it. Then they denied to send money in account & asked for courier the saree by self to surat, and they will deduct 250 extra for order processing charge and rest of money they will send in the wallat for next perchase. I doubt that, they will refund a rupee by any means, according to review. And yes, if they don't require bank details, why they have asked for it again if i will courier by myself what is the gurentee they will refund money. Already there are 100 of complaints for the same company. Please do the needful, i want my money back. If not possible, i don't want another person got cheated by this fake and harrasing company.
