I checked for echallan and could see one challan for our car number "dl7cn4375" dated 20-aug-2019 but this challan is not correct as image shown in challan is of some other car and moreover we didn't visit up on the mentioned date.
Dl7cn4375 is a fiat punto car of blue color and image of car in echallan is of a white car.
Attached are the images of punto car (Dl7cn4375), car rc (Dl7cn4375) and image which is attached in echallan.
Can you please check at your end as it seems challan issued is not correct.
