Space Rice Group,(Pioneer Group) Kolkata — Cheating during Residential Flat handover Do not buy any flat from Space Group They are Cheaters

I have purchased an Residential Flat at Club Town Heights, Kolkata from Space Rice Group. March 2011 while it was on construction stage. They informed me that they were going to hand over me by march 2013.Already by that time they have taken from me 95% of the total amount. Till date they were unable to say that when are going to handover me my Flat. When I asked them I want final handover they have send me an bill which they do not have any justification and they pressurise me to pay the unjustified amount they were claiming. They do not have any evidences for the claims they were asking for. Before handover they were asking for Municipal Taxes, Advance maintenance, etc. They are not Builder they are cheaters.
