Sir, initialy i, vivek bangale, had applied for commercial meter connection as my home was under construction as suggested by sndl, nagpur. Accordingly bill was paid by me on time. Now after completion of my construction i have applied from change of tariff from commercial to residential on 29/06/2018 (Enclosed). My application was registered with sandarbh kramank [protected] and acknowledge receipt have been sent by sndl to my mobile (Enclosed).
But surprisingly bill for the month of jul 2018 again issued as per commercial tariff. I enquired about my application dated 29/06/2018. Sndl replied that they already rejected the application for want of occupancy certificate but i was not informed by letter of message though my mobile number was registered with them.
Again i have applied for the same on 17/08/2018 with all requisite papers and again acknowledgement receipt dated 17/08/2018 given to me (Enclosed) in the meantime i have paid entire amount of bill jul 2018 setting example of good citizen. This time assurance was given that person from their office will come to inspect and meter will be changed to residential.
Inspection by any person from their office is not in my notice.
Today again bill was issued to me for the month of august 2018 as per commercial tariff.
Sir, please look into the matter and kindly change my meter from commercial to residential as early as possible preferably before due date of august bill as i am not going to pay bill amount this time. Please adjust my excess bill of july 2018 and august 2018 as per residential tariff with effect from 01/07/2018.

My consumer no.[protected] on the name of SMT A R LADRAPURKAR .Due to technical issue of rain the eletric meter get off there is no electricity in my house.I request you plz take action as soon as possible.
