Dear sir /madam,
This is to bring into social awareness over our society. I’m working as a software engineer from chennai were i went for shopping for spar hyper market at marina mall which is located at old mahabalipuram rd, egattur, tamil nadu 603103, ground floor near navalur tollgate. We bought a pair of shoes at the cost of 499.00 rs including cgst & sgst and they are not providing any boxes, bags to carry the purchased goods for their consumers. Instead they are compelling customers intentionally to pay extra amount of 30/-rs (Thirty rupees/-) to get the carry bags commercially to get huge profits.
Unfortunately we bought bag for our purchased product. But just imagine it is kind of business tactics to get huge profit. Just assume by default there would be 2000 to 3000 customers visits per day as well as they may go for shopping if they tend to buy carry bags each it is a huge profit.
Even we asked in the spar hyper market to the supervising representatives and billing people, but they are always helpless and inducing the customers to buy a bags or come along with carry bags from home.
Kindly take an necessary action against on these activities.
Note : here i ‘m not intend to get any compensation but it needs to be stopped at every multiplex malls. It is hectic thing for a common man.
