On the eve of republic day (26th jan 2019) spar market announced offers on a purchase of 2000 or more.
Based on that i ordered a wet grinder on 26th jan 2019 by applying a promo code of spar26 for avaling the offer.
The amount shown online was paid by me. After submitting online i recieved a message from spar market as well that the order is confirmed and will be delivered on 28th jan 2019.
I did not receive any delivery and on top of that management was not even bothered to respond.
After few days with out my notice when i checked online it was mentioned order is cancelled with out any prior intimation through mail or sms.
I tried to reach customar care and toll free number several times, they dint even bothered to respond.
After repeated trials, customer care intimated me that mr. Suresh (Ph no: [protected]) will contact me for resolving the issue.
But he never called me. I took his nnumber from local store and i only spoke to suresh and he replied that the offer code might be applied twice and also promised me to resolve the issue.
I demanded the delivery of the item, as per my order. Because that is their technical fault in calculating the discount.
I could not get the item at that price since the offer is applicable only for one day on 26th jan. Due to the technical problem in their server i am the loser.
The attitude of the customer care also annoyed me very much. After 15 days i recieved the refund amount. Pleease do justice in this regard by regarding the supply of the item. Was this information helpful? |
