Spatika Developers And Construction Pvt Ltd — not returning money after cancellation

Hi,

I gave advance money to lokesh owner of spatika developers for land booking. But due to some emergency i cancelled the booking and asked my money. According to them we should get our money after 1 month of the cancellation. But from last 10 months we didnot get our amount. He gave cheque which got bounced. Daily i am calling to lokesh and he is making false promises like today i will transfer, tomorrow i will give. But still we did not get our money.

Please take action on lokesh who is making fool to thier customers. He is liar and fraud.
