Speak Asia — status of court case of speak asia

I, invested 12500/- in speak asia against 01, id, in may 2011. But after some time came to know that its a big scam and case is pending in sc, my self submitted exit option also but till date no refund received... Now it is 2020 year... Let me know the current status of the case or what should i do for refund. Any suggestion. As long time passed and also there is no news in channels. And in print media.
