I paid rs. 50000/- to spectrum technocrates by today itself, because an arbitrary notice was send to me. Hence, they have started sending notices to physical addresses too. So, i have paid and settled the mediation. I did because legal consequences will spoil my career and life further. It is painful if notice arrives at your physical address and your parents receives it.in my case same happened we really didn't get chance upon it to get it resolved with some lawyer. Lawyers are not ready to take cases of an arbitrary court. Hence, mediation need to be resolved with company and company provided each and everything that i demanded for.
