Two years ago in 2018 company give me a work and I submitted that within their given period. But they say I was fail to to complete the work with 90% accuracy. That job was home based data entry job. but they charged me 7525 rupees and I paid that amount and they give me e NOC. it now in 2021 they again called me and said that I signed the contract of 11 months but I I didn't work and continuously harassing me and they said my case is reopened in court, they also send me threatening emails and continuously hairdressing please give some suggestion to get rid of that problem. Company named thestar-tech, is asking me to pay 7800 rs as penalty and then they will send me NOC. (fake company)
